Inc. (TSXC: HVT) announced on October 2nd the company has invested $1,750,000 into Burb Cannabis Corp. The investment is the maximum allowed by British Columbia law a licensed producer of cannabis can perform. Burb Cannabis’s agreement with the company allows for the expansion of the newly acquired 20% equity in Burb.
Also, Harvest One exercised its right from the agreement to appoint a nominated individual to Burb Cannabis’ board of directors––Grant Froese. Froese, an experienced retailer and CEO, has been appointed to the board of directors.
