Vivo Cannabis Announces Completed Acquisition of Canna Farms for $133 Million

Vivo Cannabis Inc. (OTCQB: VVCIF) announced on August 31st that the company has completed its acquisition of Canna Farms. The company fully acquired all outstanding shares of Canna Farms for $133 in cash and Vivo stock.

Canna Farms’ base of operations is located in Hope, British Columbia. The company is licensed under Canada’s Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR) and was the first producer to be licensed in British Columbia.

Vigo’s international expansion in Germany and Australia is expected to progress faster with the added assets from Canna Farms.  Canna Farms’ Dealer’s License will aid Vivo with its progression.
