Tidal Royalty to List on Canadian Securities Exchange

Tidal Royalty Corp. (CSE: RLTY) announced on June 21st that the company has officially received a date when it will commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The company’s common shares and common warrants will begin trading on the CSE on Monday, June 25th, 2018. Tidal Royalty will trade with the symbol “RLTY”.

Additionally, the company has undergone and completed a $30 million equity financing through privately placing the company common shares. After this funding round was completed, Tidal Royalty is estimated to have $38 million in cash.

Tidal Royalty intends to use this $38 million in cash for working capital and usual expenses within the corporate realm.
