The Green Organic Dutchman Enters Joint Venture with European Queen Genetics
The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. (OTCQX: TGODF) announced on June 27th the company has signed and entered into a letter of intent (LOI) for a 50/50 joint venture with Queen Genetics (Knud Jepsen).
The joint venture between The Green Organic Dutchman and Knud Jepsen will be taking place within Hinnerup, Denmark. This is where Knud’s state-of-the-art and automated greenhouse is located.
This automated greenhouse will dedicate 200,000 sq. ft. for this joint venture with The Green Organic Dutchman. The 200,000 sq. ft. portion will allow Green Organic Dutchman to increase their total organic capacity of cannabis by an estimated 25,000kgs.
