Molson Coors Canada Partners with HEXO and Announces Non-Alcoholic Cannabis Beverages
Molson Coors Canada, the Canadian branch of the Molson Coors Brewing Company (NYSE: TAP) announced, with HEXO, on August 1st that the company has entered into a joint venture agreement with The Hydropothecary Corporation (TSX: HEXO) to pursue a non-alcoholic beverages that are infused with cannabis. The beverages are intended to be sold on the adult recreational cannabis market in Canada.
Molson Coors Canada will have majority ownership with 57.5% of the joint venture with HEXO.
