ManifestSeven “M7”, formerly known as MJIC, an integrated omnichannel platform for legal cannabis, recently announced its acquisition of cannabis delivery service M Delivers and 1-800-Cannabis. Based in San Diego, M Delivers operates on a fully-licensed basis and in compliance with all local and state regulations, it provides discreet delivery of cannabis products directly to a consumer’s front door.
ManifestSeven’s acquisition will help the company expand its California operations, enabling it to scale its distribution services across the state. Its 1-800-Cannabis telephone number acquired from a private investor can also be seen in billboards in some areas of California. This the company say will be a valuable tool in its marketing efforts. The 1-800 number will serve as a centralized gateway for consumers and businesses to gain access to ManifestSeven’s comprehensive range of products and services.
“M7’s acquisition of M Delivers and the 1-800-Cannabis portal are foundational milestones in our expansion across California,” said Pierre Rouleau, Chief Operating Officer of ManifestSeven. “M Delivers’ robust customer base, spanning northern and southern California, will provide significant growth opportunities for M7’s retail and distribution operations. Delivery is a tentpole offering within ManifestSeven’s range of services, and we’re looking forward to integrating these new, highly-scalable assets across M7’s growing statewide portfolio of retail operations.”
M Delivers offers ManifestSeven access to its database of more than 30,000 active retail customers, with operations currently supported by a team of 50 employees. The acquisition will help M7’s growing retail presence throughout California while helping M Deliver improve its delivery footprint with the help of M7’s licensed infrastructure throughout the state.
ManifestSeven (M7), formerly known as MJIC, is the first integrated omnichannel platform for legal cannabis, merging compliant distribution with a retail superhighway. The Company, based in Commerce, California, services the needs of lawful operators across the supply chain, from the cultivator to the consumer, through an expansive network of seven facilities stretching from the San Francisco Bay Area to San Diego. M7 further augments its business-to-business value proposition with a growing portfolio of owned and operated retail operations located in major metro markets, including brick-and-mortar dispensaries, local on-demand delivery services, e-commerce and subscription offerings.
