LSU Ag Center and GB Sciences Receives Approval to Plant Medicinal Cannabis

LSU Ag Center and Southern University Ag Center received final approval to plant medicinal cannabis on August 17th. The centers were granted approval by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. LSU has contracted with GB sciences to cultivate and process the medical cannabis into a product.

The estimated start of cannabis propagation is this Sunday. The date for medicinal product availability is three months.
