elevate-755078-unsplashVancouver, BC-based Isodiol International (CSE: ISOL) (OTC: ISOLD), a global marketer of hemp-based branded and bulk products and delivery systems, announced in November that its subsidiary, IsoBev International reached an agreement with BrewHub for the exclusive development of hemp, cannabis, hemp-derived, and cannabis-derived beverages.

Brew Hub is an award-winning craft brewer that maintains craft brewing standards at commercial scale. It operates from St. Louis, Missouri and has a brewery in Lakeland, Florida. Brew Hub has a capacity of over 100,000 bbl per year with expansion capacity to meet future demand.

Brew Hub’s CEO, Timothy Schoen, is a former Vice President of AB InBev (Anheuser-Busch). Brew Hub is majority owned by The Yucaipa Companies, an American private equity firm that provides substantial financial strength to Brew Hub.

Said Mr Schoen, “Isodiol is a frontrunner in the CBD space and has pioneered many firsts in CBD beverages…Many competitors claim to have ‘water soluble’ CBD ingredients but are disingenuous … Isodiol is unique in its understanding of molecular CBD and its delivery methods,”

IsoBev will own the proprietary brewing formulas and intellectual property for the products developed with Brew Hub, and Brew Hub will provide all brewing, packaging, distribution, and selling services for the IsoBev brands internationally.

Isodiol develops, markets, distributes and sells hemp-based consumer products. Its growth strategy includes the development of over-the-counter and pharmaceutical drugs and continued international expansion into Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
