Golden Leaf Enters Agreement to Acquire Tahoe Hydroponics for C$52.4 Million

Golden Leaf Holdings Ltd. (OTCQB: GLDFF) announced on August 13th that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all Tahoe Hydroponics Company and 11T Corp. assets. Highlights of the transaction include production and distribution in Nevada, California expansion, and an increase in genetics and brand portfolio.

The transaction terms included an estimated C$11.1 million in cash to the shareholders of Tahoe and an approximate additional 202 million shares of Golden Leaf. The 202 million shares are, at the time of the transaction, equal to C$41.3 million.
