Emblem Enters Agreement to Purchase 175,000kg from Aphria Over 5 Years
Emblem Corp. (OTCQX: EMMBF) announced on September 12th the company has entered a supply agreement with Aphria Inc. (USOTC: APHQF) to purchase up to 175,000kg of cannabis over a 5 year period. The agreement also allows for a renewal with the same increments of 5 year periods.
Emblem has agreed to a cash deposit of $12,755,625 and 6,952,169 in Emblem common shares.
The supply agreement is set to begin in May of 2019 and includes a supply of dried flower and unrefined cannabis oil that Emblem will process.
