Emblem Corp Announces Strategic Equity Investment of $3 Million into Natura Naturals
Emblem Corp. (OTCBB: EMMBF) announced on July 18th the company has made a strategic investment into Natura Naturals Inc. (Natura). Natura is licensed greenhouse cultivator of medical cannabis and is licensed under Health Canada’s Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations (ACMPR).
Natura’s first phase of retrofitting their greenhouse facility is scheduled for completion in August 2018. The facility will, then, begin the retrofitting process on the remaining 507,000 sq. ft. The total square footage of cannabis cultivation within the retrofitted greenhouse will be 662,000 square feet. The estimated yield per year by mid-2019 is 70,000kg of cannabis flower. Natura will also supply Emblem with up to 3,000kg of cannabis flower per year.
