DOJA cannabis to expand production to 5,000 kg per year in British Columbia
DOJA Cannabis Company Limited (CSE: DOJA) announced that its plan to buy a 22,000 sq ft building in Kelowna, British Columbia has been approved. Upon completion of the new facility, the company will have the capacity to produce over 5,000 kg of cannabis per year. The largest Canadian producer of cannabis sold 5,985 kg of cannabis in the year ending June 30 2017.
The new facility increases the company’s capacity by 760%. It will also provide 325 feet of highway frontage, which the company will use to advertise the brand to 40,000 commuters that pass the facility every day, and 1.9 million people who visit the area each year. This gives it a very good opportunity—free advertising space—to create a well-known brand.
