Cresco Labs Launches Cannabis Edible Product Line by Pastry Specialist Mindy Segal
Mindy Segal, James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef recipient, launched her line of edible cannabis products in Las Vegas last week. Her product line consists of two brands, Mindy’s Artisanal Edibles and Mindy’s Kitchen.
The Mindy’s Artisanal Edibles line consists of high-quality chocolates that contain cannabis. The chocolate centered products are Mindy’s chocolate brittle bars in almond toffee, milk chocolate peanut brittle, chocolate toasted marshmallow graham, and white chocolate raspberry cream. Baked products in Mindy’s Artisanal line consist of snickerdoodles, chocolate chip cookies, and chocolate brownies. Chocolates from Mindy’s contain a dosage of 50mg and baked edibles contain 25mg per item.
Mindy’s kitchen differs from Mindy’s Artisanal Edibles by focusing on fruit-containing edibles with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) oil. This product line offers ten flavors of gummies and four flavors of hard and chewable candies.
