Captor Capital Corp Purchases Chai Cannabis Dispensary in Santa Cruz for $6 Million
Captor Capital Corp. (USOTC: NWURF) announced on September 18th the company has completed the acquisition of Chai Cannabis in Santa Cruz, California for $6,015,000. The payment was comprised of $4,390,950 in cash, $721,800 in a promissory note, and $902,250 in Captor shares.
The dispensary is now preparing for scheduled renovations that are sometime in the near future. Floor space in the dispensary will be increased to offer a wider variety of dried flowers and other products. The newly acquired Chai Cannabis location is one of the area’s most popular dispensaries that posted (unaudited) revenue of $8.4 million in 2017.
