Canopy Rivers Inc. (TSXV: RIV) announced on September 17th it will officially begin trading on September 20th. The company’s trading symbol, “RIV”, will now trade on the TSX Venture Exchange because it has finalized its business combination with Canopy Rivers Corporation. The two entities had previously announced a $104 million private placement offering with book-runners CIBC Capital Markets and GMP Securities L.P. and Eight Capital in co-lead agent position.
