Canopy Growth Enters Supply Agreement with the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission

Canopy Growth Corporation (NYSE: CGC) announced on July 5th the company has entered into a supply agreement with the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission (AGLC). Canopy Growth will supply the AGLC with over 15,000 kilograms of adult recreational cannabis products. These products include varieties of cannabis flower, oil, and softgel capsules.

According to the terms of the agreement, the AGLC will have the right to extend the supply agreement with Canopy Growth. The supply extension increment has to be 12-months and can be extended twice for a total of two additional years.
