Canopy Growth Enters Medical Cannabis Supply Agreement with Retirement Home & Care Provider
Centric Health Corporation (TSX: CHH) announced on September 5th a medical cannabis supply and service agreement with Canopy Growth Corporation (NYSE: CGC) that will span several years. The company’s agreement will use Canopy Growth’s Spectrum Cannabis brand for medical cannabis and education of senior residents, their families, and healthcare professionals at Centric Health clinics.
A separate agreement was also made between Centric Health and Canopy Growth to improve the educational process as well as assistance programs. Canopy Growth agreed to an advancement of funds to Centric Health for education and assistance programs for 850,000 warrants at $0.25 per share.
