Canopy LATAM is a fully controlled and owned subsidiary of Canopy Growth. Through this subsidiary Canopy Growth Corporation was able to acquire Spectrum Cannabis Colombia.

The company owns a uniquely located 13.5 million sq. ft. farm that is supplied with water from a naturally occurring lagoon. Out of the 13.5 million sq. ft. the company is licensed to cultivate 4.5 million sq. ft. of cannabis and hemp.
