CannaRoyalty Corp. (OTCQX: CNNRF) announced on July 6th the company has purchased a distribution and manufacturing facility. This is CannaRoyalty’s 5th California-based facility and is located in the city of Cotati. The company paid $2.4 million for the facility and will use it as an additional distribution hub and manufacturing infrastructure.
The company chose the Cotati located facility because of its local tax rate. The local tax rate on distribution in the city is 0% and the tax rate on manufacturing is 1%.
