Aurora Cannabis to Acquire Uruguay Medical Cannabis Company ICC for $290 Million in Stock

Aurora Cannabis Inc. (OTCQB: ACBFF) announced with ICC Labs Inc. (TSX-V: ICC) on September 10th the companies have agreed to an acquisition by Aurora Cannabis. All issued and outstanding shares of ICC will be acquired by Aurora for $290 million in Aurora stock.

The purchase agreement was fully agreed to by the Board of Directors of both ICC and Aurora Cannabis.
