Adolphus Bush V, a descendant of the Anheuser-Bush family, launched ABV Cannabis after four years of experience working at cannabis companies. The cannabis market journey for Adolphus didn’t start from his own choices. The decision came after he was denied an entry-level position by his own family’s company in 2013 after he graduated from college.
Adolphus’ time at Colorado State University led him to see the early stages of momentum for the legalization of recreational cannabis. He would then go on to work for cannabis companies and then for two years as a sales team manager for a manufacturer of cannabis-infused products, Keef brands, before leaving to start ABV Cannabis.
He claims when it comes to legal recreational sales his corporate family now does, “…see the potential”.
