Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Lt. (US: TGODF) announced on July 17th the company is, with Epican Medicinals, opening the first legal cannabis store in Jamaica. The dispensary will open its doors for the first time on Saturday, July 14th.
The dispensary in Kingston is 4,000 sq. ft. and is the first of several more dispensaries that will be completed in Jamaica towards the end of 2018. The estimated amount of visits that the dispensaries will receive is 3.5 million per year.
